Here’s a simple and soul-nourishing morning routine designed to raise your vibration and activate your manifestation energy:
🌬 1. Breathwork (2–3 Minutes)
Begin with slow, intentional breathing. Inhale through the nose for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 6.
Do this for 2–3 minutes to ground your energy and clear your mind.
Your breath is your anchor. It connects you to the now — where manifestation begins.
2. Affirmation (1 Minute)
